Frank and Frankie my new frog family

Built my first little garden pond this summer and before I knew it I had two little frogs call it home. All summer I have enjoyed their company however now that there is a chill in the air I am worried about their safety.

My pond is about 200 gallons and less than 2 1/2 feet deep at its deepest point. It is also lined with heavy plastic so there is not enough dirt in the bottom for the frogs to dig into for the winter.
I have no problem bringing them to a larger lake down the road so they would have the ability to dig in for the winter but I am worried about their safety when dealing with larger predators in the lake. Would it be best to bring them to the large lake or try and contain them in a large fish tank inside the house during the winter and then set them back in the small pond next spring?
If I bring them inside, what size tank would I need?
What is best for my new frog family?
